Can any one please let me know how to configure solution database in IC web client?

Hi,

To configure solution data base you need TREX server. If you don't have then ask your basis guys to install the same.

Once your TREX server is ready then you need to establish connection with trex server. BASIS team will do the same.

When you will open trex server screen then you will get required parameters to be filled in configuration screen of solution database.

Please ensure that connection between CRM and TREX server is working fine before you do required configuration.

Can you please let me know the steps which needs to be done once the Trex server is installed.

I mean how to insert solution questions and Solution answers. Also Do I need to do any configuration settings from CRM side for solution database to be shown in IC webclient.

hi

use tcode is01 to maintain question and answers. or you can go from sap menu-> services-> enterprise intelligence->solution db->maintain pbm and questions.

No special settings is required for solution db ic web client .

I am unable to find doc. will send you if i find the same.
