creation of PO from PR

Hi All.

I am using SRM version 4.0 and EBP version 5.0

I am using classic scenario, and when I am ordering a shopping cart the system generates PR in backend system ( if the data is incomplete) and PO in backend system ( if the data is complete)

The problem is when I am trying to convert PR into PO in backend system the system gives me an error saying that

"PR can be ordered from the SRM system only"

Please assist me in sorting this error
