Hi there,

The PREPARE gives the following error message:

-

SAPCAR: processing archive F:\UpDVDs\Netweaver70SR3Kernel700\KN_WINDOWS_X86_64_AUPG\DBINDEP\SAPMMC.SAR (version 2.01)

SAPCAR: could not open for writing librfc32.dll (error 28). The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process.

We have enough space. on the target Drive.

I really do not know which user is using this in the same timel. Any Idea?

Thanks in advance

The most likely reason can be an open MMC window - close it and repeat.

Hi,

Thanks all for your reply.

The solution was to rename the file which has been used and start prepare. Theire is an SAP Note.

Thanks again

Are you running a SAPGUI on the same system?

You can download "process explorer" from http://www.sysinternals.com to find out, which process is using that DLL.
