Hi Vikram

Although CRM 2007 is heavily based on the CRM 5.0 Framework you'll notice a number of signigicant changes.

The Webclient UI is no longer just a Call Centre utility.

The Webclient has been enhanced significantly to allow numerous configuration options. IC Agent, IC Manager, Power Users can all use the webclient to perform their relevant tasks.

IC Agent of course as a Call Centre Agent

IC Manager to view Agent Behaviour and review Report, Note that CRM 2007 has it's own internal reporting framework so a link to BI is not mandatory

Power Users can access configuration tasks from one location (The Webclient) which means some GUI configuration has been replaced as well as PCUI applications which have in the past been difficult to locate as well as quite temperamental to run.

I'm only scratching the surface here but the Webclient is now a very powerful feature rich tool.

Hope this is of use to you.

Regards

Arden
