Hi Experts,

Has any one worked on Employment Verification letter on ESS ? We would like to get details about configuration and workflow work involved to enable the same ?

Would appreciate kind guidance on this.

first, keep in mind that the Employment Verification letter in ESS is designed to work with US employees (The iView checks for SSN).

In order to configure the system, first configure the payslips to show up in ESS (go to SPRO path Personnel Management -> Employee Self-Service -> Service-Specific Settings -> Benefits and Payment -> Salary Statement.)

if you don't want the HR Admin to send the letter but need the employee to send letter directly, then modify the agent of the workflow WS01000045 and set task TS01000166 to background. If you need to send the letter by fax, then configure SAPConnect to work with fax server (transaction SCOT).
