How to publish BI information in portal using BEx Portfolio?

Hi Gurus,

I have to publish BI information or object like Reports, Queries, etc. in portal and should provide KM services for that BI information .. I have to publish the BI report under the BEx portfolio of portal.

I have studied the integration steps for SAP BI 7.0 and SAP EP 7.0.. I have BEx Analyzer, BEx Web Application Designer..

I have the snapshot of how the final output should be?

the output should be like this..

Under BEx Portfolio tab of portal, there are 4 tabs like My portfolio (for personal docs), Sales reports (for public doc),etc.

1) While showing one page at a time in portal page, at a maximum of 4 reports can be displayed at a time.

2)Name of the BI report should be displayed as a link, with author name, modified date and time and author photo.

3) KM services like Download, Subscribe, Rating, Feedback, Personal notes, etc.. should be displayed below the BI report as links.

How to confiure this in portal? Did the steps for integrating SAP BI 7.0 and SAP EP 7.0 needed?

What else the tools i need?

How to satisfy the above said requirements? If possible give me a step by step solution since i am a fresher to KM..

Hi all,

Please refer to it, and post me your valuable suggestions. My current portal displays the KM services for a report when i click a hotlink near to it.

I want the output to be like slide number 30 and 31 of the following link:
