Service Pack 13 implemented on ECC 6.0
Last week we have implemented service pack 13 and with that users are unable to view the
the allowed item categories in the sales order. And for a BOM material there is a manual item category maintained.
Once the user presses enter after entering this item the item cat field is greyed out, disallowing the user to carry out changes. Users claim that before support pack updation they were able to have both these.
Did anybody come across these issues in ECC 6.0.
