AUC settlement to Low value asset (How to enter quantity in AIAB to receive

Dear all,

I would like to settle AUC asset to completed low value asset

Configuration: LVA classu2019s maximum amount Rs.5000 and selected option 2 (Check maximum amount with quantity.)

Ex: I booked AUC asset by passing following entry by entering qty 20 using Transaction F-90.

AUC Asset a/c Dr 100000

Vendor a/c 100000

Now I want to settle qty 10( Rs.50000) of this AUC asset to low value asset through transaction AIAB but here I do not find quantity field in the settlement rule. How can I enter quantity in the settlement rule?

If I enter Rs. 50000 to settlement receiver Low Value Asset in settlement rule, while doing settlement through transaction AIBU system gives error message like u201CMean amount from 50000.00 INR exceeds low value asset maximum amountu201D

If I enter Rs.5000 in the settlement receiver it will settle but this has to be done 10 times for amount of Rs.50000/-. For large amount, breaking into parts of each Rs.5000/- will be a time consuming & tedious job.

Could you suggest the solution?

Hi Govind,

I don't have this option to, but after the settlement you can put in manual the qantity in the asset.

In the settlement rule you can use Equivalence number for the settlement
