PO RELEASE STRSTEGY

Dear all ,

in PO we have three level to release .

Manager , sr manger , Executive .

Can i get a report at which level the PO is release ?

now u have 3 levels

so

Manager XXX

sr manger XX

Executive X

go to me2n here select dynamic selection select rel status field here put X for executive released execute u will get all pos released by executive

similarly with others

try checking this

Dear,

Use ME2N t-code.

Enter ME2N, Click on Dynamic Selection button.

Then click on Purchase order Header data.

And double click on release indicator field.

Then enter release indicator as per your requirement and click on execute button.

My query is out of three level Two level it is released and third level it is pending

Can i see that whr it is pending ?

Dear,

As you say, You have Manager , sr manger , Executive .three indicator for release strategy.

So order is like below.

1) Executive

2) Manager

3) Sr. Manager

Then if you enter release indicator 1) Executive in ME2N.

You get list of purchase order which are release from Executive so the purchase order pending for 2) Manger.

With this process you can search at which level purchase order is pending

Here release indicator i am getting as B & r Only

Hi,

If you have only two indicator for release strategy as B & R.

Then you can search purchase order status on B & R only.

So you have to run three type of report

1) Pending purchase order from Level of B(Which is created only not single release)

Go ME2N, Double click on release indicator,enter first release indicator then right click on this field and select Not Equal to option.

Then click on execute button, You get the list of purchase order.

2) Pending purchase order from Level of R (Which purchase order release from B but not release from R)

Go ME2N, Double click on release indicator,enter release indicator B.

Then click on execute button, You get the list of purchase order which are release from B but not release from R.

You Can Check the Documets based on the Release Codes and Release groups in ME28.

Go to ME28 and Give Release code and Release group and Execute then it will show the List of Documents yet to release..
