Hi gurus,
Please give the solution for this issue.
I had raised a QT to my customer. He hadn't responded with in the
validity periods. So the QT had expired. But i don't want to loose
that customer. So here instead of raising a new QT against to him, i
want to change (extend) the validity periods of existing QT. Plz. let
me know whether it is possible or not. if yes how? if not why?
Regards
DVSK.
Please check for yourself in VA22 and let us know whether it is possible or not.
Regards,
GSL.

Dear Kumar,
You can extend the to validity date in the existing quotation
Even if you refer the expaired quotation to the order I hope system will give the warnning message so you can continue through press the enter.
If not....
Please go to VA22 transaction enter your quotation number then go in to that here you change the validity to date then save the changes.
Now you can use the same quotation.
I hope this will help you,
Regards,
Murali.
