Equipment - DMS

In an equipment i have enclosed a document. If I execute the transaction ie02 Change equipment, then to DMS tab, the linked documents must be in All Versions not in current version.

Is it possible.

hi,

its possible, only thing is that at a time you can attach only one version of document. you have to one setting in configuration for this;

while linking document type (tcode dc10) to particular object (equipment), you have to set option for document version as to you want to use only current version or all versions. when you select all versions it will show all versions for user selection at the time of document linking in change equipment.
