Opem Items List - showing items closed manually

Hi guys,

I'm using 2005B PL 40 and I'm having a little problem.

I've created a sales order nr 54 with 4 different items, one of each. Each one of them costs $25. So, my total is $100.

Now, if I close one line manually, I'm only goint to deliver 3 items, total $75, right?

But when I see Opem Items List it shows that the whole $100 is open, and not the $75.

Is this right? Or is it some kind of bug?

Hi Dan,

I have 2005A version. By testing, there is no such problem like you described.

My sugestion: in your test environment, test more orders to see if the pronlem persists or not.

If the problem can be reproduced, log to SAP support immediately.

Hi Dan,

It seems like an issue either with your version or patch level. The closed row should not show or add up in your Open Items list.

If you are on the latest patch then..please report this to SAP Support.

If you are not then try to test this after upgrading to the latest patch or even read the Patch Release noted to see if this is an issue reported as fixed.
