Hi,

We want to create or duplicate PLD report. Pls give advice

Hi,

you could duplicate the PLD report and create new one in SAP B1.

For duplicating, it is located in the module administration --> utilities --> duplicate layout template

For create new one for example from a system report, just use save as function under print layout designer --> save as.

Or if ur trying to Duplicate one Document layout for another Document (Ex: AR Invoice to AP Invoice) u can create a new layout and then Right Click on the layout and Click Select All and then Delete, Now u can go to the other layout and Select All and Copy and then past in the new layout...

But after Doing this plz make sure u change all the Data Base fields with the required tables.

Open the PLD which you want to duplicate.

Goto 'Print layout Designer' Menu and select 'Save As' and Give a name to the PLD.
