Vertex not always bringing tax amount

Hello,

When I try to change and order(VA02) and do the update function with the 'G' option (Copy pricing elements unchanged and redetermine taxes) the taxes are not being updated. The rates are there, but the tax amounts are zero. When I create and order I have no problems. If I create an order where they are charged state and city taxes and I change the settings in Vertex to just charge state it will update when I click the update button. What could cause the amounts not to populate?

Hi Jones,

In Sale order, look into Pricing analysis and see whether the access is initialized and fetching records are not. Also note what message it is giving.

Also check the condition records maintained for the tax condition types.
