Hi,
Can you please tell me the differences between creating an activity Vs creating a transaction to address say "Complaints process".
What functionality or flexibility will I lose by creating the complaint to be a activity in the system, versus it being a transaction?

Though there are many between complaint transactions and activities
The basic and major difference is activities do not have item data. Complaints are generally created to repair/return/replace/refund when there is any issues with the product. Item level data is essential for this.
