Dear all,

While settling AUC asset no.5500000-0 to Original asset

Document number is getting created and not updated in data base (BKPF&BSEG table) and it gives message like Express document "Update was terminated" Received from author "xxxxx"

When I see the asset explorer, value is not getting reduced from CWIP asset and when I see the same document in FB03, it is giving message like Document xxx, co-code xx does not exist in fiscal year 2008. It is happening only for one asset.

For other assets itu2019s working fine.

could you explain what is the reason and solution ?

Hi govind,

do one thing with the help of Basis consultant reset the buffer number range by using t.code - SM56

-- select the number range buffer - reset nember range - here select the object - RK_BELEG - sub object -controlling area - year & set global reset X

& Then execute the following report

You have to talk with your basis consultant, this is a system and not a function error.

you have to find out the reason for the update cancellation. Any shortdump information available?
