Tech service needed - help

hello,

I downloaded the Xcelsius software for a trial run today, but cannot access it, for whatever the reason. I have downloaded the files, but it is unclear what I am to do now. None of the setup applications seem to work, so I cannot even get into the software system. If anyone in technical support is reading this, could you please offer me some direction.
