BusinessObjects InfoView 12.0 Crystal Reports (Username & Password hidden)

All,

I'm using Crystal Reports 12.0 which works fine in IE browser. I'm tasked with integrating this into a Netcool Portal webpage and it comes up fine, with the exception of the Username & Password fields & Submit button -- they do not display through this Portal.

Is there a setting that I need to disable/enable via the browser to display this. It works correctly outside of this Portal in an IE browser as well as Firefox.

Also, I noticed in the left-hand corner, there is an error which shows:

LINE: 42

CHAR: 2

ERROR: Access is Denied

CODE: 0

URL: http:(blah, blah)

Any help would be appreciated.

Depending on the SDK you are using (Java / .NET), please post to the appropriate forum.
