Hello All,
Can any one help me to fix the issue relating to RWB alert configuration tabs .
1>When I try to access the tabs alert configuration & alert Inbox in RWB home page , it displays as "Network Access Message :The Website cannot be found "
I have checked all the all the configuation part in exchange profile & SICF parameter settings ..every thing seems to be fine .

I'm also facing the same problem i.e., Alert Configuration & Alert Inbox tabs are not working in RWB. I have gone through SAP Notes 750287... The HTTP port maintained under SMICM and com.sap.aii.rwb.server.centralmonitoring.httpport in exchangeprofile are same! But still Alert Configuration & Alert Inbox tabs are not working in RWB... Can you please guide me as your prob has been solved?

You need to have FQDN to access the page.
Request your basis team to do the setup and don't forget to update your exchange profile.

Check the property "com.sap.aii.rwb.server.centralmonitoring.httpport" in the exchange profile. Value should be same as http port the SICF transaction. Refer Note 750287 - Runtime Workbench: Alert configuration does not start,

I have checked all the required roles , and which exists as per documentation .
Only these two tabs are not working and the rest tabs are working fine .
Is it any way related to scheduling the job "SXMSALERT_PROCESS_DATA_GET " for this alert configuration to run .?As this is not scheduled as of now ?

Also from your SICF transaction right click on AlertInbox service and click on "Test Service" and check that whether its working or not?
