workflow for PO approvals is not working when i cancel the PO.

I have copied standard workflow WS20000075 for purchase order(PO) approvals to a custom workflow.

it is working as expected when i release the PO but it is not working as expected when i cancel the PO.

ie its status is remaining yet to be released and it is still lying in my inbox for my approval.

i suppose it is not executing the step for cancellation of PO.

To reject the PO i press the cancel button on the menu bar, but this does not reject the PO ie it does not reject the PO but it just returns to the SAP Inbox. so i suppose it is not executing the step for cancellation of PO.

Please let me know if i am missing out in something.

Or i have to make changes in the events.

Hi chetan ,

There is a button for rejecting, which is not in the menu bar.

You can find that button( red color small icon) on the left end of that tcode-me24n.
