Dear All,
I am working on SRM 5.0 classic scenario. I am able to create invoice thorugh SRM and IDOC has been transferred successfully into backend system. When i check in backend ECC idoc status 51 is showing message' acct assignment 00 doesnot exist for item 10".
Can you please let me know

Hope that your account assignment settings are correct.
Check for that product category( item 10) and GL account is existing in SPRO settings.
Check define account assignmet categories i.e mapping with backend acct assig category.
cross check your account assignment in sc and po.
