Hi! Asha,
There is an option of archiving the messages at which you are sending to target location...
Follow the below mentioned steps so that I hope it will be useful to you..
1. While configuring the File Adapter i..e., File CC select the File adapter and
Option and Transfer Protocol as FTP
2. Next enter the FTP Server Authentification details i.e., FTP Server Name and
PWD adn PORT...
3. Now give source location Directory present in the FTP server and enter the same
even if u enter space or else any wrong address XI wont pick the file.
4. Also select the option of radio Button for Archive directory and also select the
option of ADD TIME STAMP and enter the some different directory from the
source directory.
5. Also selec the option Delete the option so that it may delete the file from there
the source directory and transfer a file to receiver and also it may be moved
I mean maintain a seperate copy of files in the Archive directory....
okay///I hope you got the answer...

Hi! Asha,
Instead of placing the file in the FTP Server and instead of using OS Commands USE FTP Tool and install it and enter the sever Authentification details and port no and just drag and drop from there from the desktop to the FTP PATH...

Hi ,
For DOS commands, open cmd,
To switch to your Archive directory write your directory name end with column like if it is f directory then type command F:
Under your archive directory to switch to particular folder just type CD Folder Name and doing this reach to the archive complate path and the use command DIR then you will see the files and their time as well.
Thanks!
