Unable to copy the selected configuration: ICWC CRM 7

Hi All,

I am trying to copy and modify a standard configuration, for that when I try to copy a selected configuration it is asking for role config key and once I gave that and click ok.. it is not accepting.

Did anyone faced similar problem, what could be wrong here.

Any help / hi will be appreciated.

Hi Sudeep

I may need some more information from you in order to help.

We had a simiar situation a few weeks back where we had to copy a role using transaction PFCG. Once we did this and then did the config copy we specified the custom role and that worked for use.

There must be an existing configuration associated with same config key. When you do Copy Configuration, you'll get a list of configuration versions. There should be one with your config key. Select that and make changes.
