Form-16 - Wrong Gross Amount

Hi Guru's,

Medical Reimbursement & Uniform Allowance which is paid or yet to be paid is not added to "Gross Salary" in Form-16. The amount paid under "Medical Reimbursement & Uniform Allowance" is showing in under head "Emoluments Paid" in page 4 of Form-16.

I belive medical reimbursement will not be taxable

how come it will come to Form -16

Yes I do agree with you., but it Uniform Allowance & Medical Allowance once they are paid it should show in Gross Emoluments also. I want to show the above allowances as paid and the same amount as deduction too.
