Follow up Usage decision log not appearing after making UD of Calibration

Dear Gurus,

After taking UD for Calibration for some lots we are getting "Usage Decision log" follow up action.

And for some lots we are not getting Usage decision log.

What may the problem, please suggest

this is happening due to inconsistency we have appiled SAP Note

Hi Honyal,

Check in QS51 whether your all UD code (Which ever your using during UD) Follow up action assigned or not.

If not there just assign under follow up action in QS51.

Revert further query.

It is equipment related lot. insp type 14.

for some lots follow action [Usage decision log] is coming and for some lot not coming

It has been maintained UD code.

If it is not maintained it would not given to other lots

Hi

If you are doing forced completion of inspection characteristics, then it will apear.

If all characteristics are completed, it will not appear.

There no result recording has been done only UD for Calibration.

Any how without result recoding means it is forced completion only. even though it is not comming

On the QM view of the material master make sure the check box "Documentation req." is clicked on.
