ADOBE Forms Tutorial

Hi,

I am new to ADOBE Forms and interested in learning them. Are there any step by step tutorials for adobe forms (only ABAP, no java please)?

How do I check whether ADOBE designer is installed on my machine? When I click on layout in TCode SFP, I get a popup saying "Could not start layout designer"

Any help would be appreciated.
