Hi

Posting date is the current date. The details of the error given below.

Measurement time cannot be in the future

Message no. IR023

Diagnosis

The measurement time that you have entered is in the future.

A measurement reading describes an actual state, and therefore the measurement time cannot normally be in the future.

System Response

Processing will not be continued.

Procedure

Enter a measurement time in the past.

If this is an exceptional case, contact your system administrator.

Procedure for the system administrator

In exceptional cases, tolerances must be allowed in the entry of measurement times.

Example:

Measurements are taken automatically and are then transferred to the SAP System. The system time of the measurement system varies from that of the SAP System for technical reasons.

You can define an appropriate tolerance level in Customizing for each measuring point category.

Pls suggest some solution.

HI

generall y in CO11n the future time accepts , but for measuring document-reading willnot accept the future time.

may be you are putting the your PC time.

there might be differnce in your sytem time and the server time.

so reduce the end time and try, then it will work out

IN PM we have option of giving tolence at the maeasuring point categoty lvel

this is the path>Plant Maintenance and Customer Service>Master Data in Plant Maintenance and Customer ServiceBasic Settings>Measuring Points, Counters and Measurement Documents-->Define Measuring Point Categories

TolPeriod (sec) here yucan give the tolerence, but thi sisnot advisable.
