Multiple PR to a Single PO

Hai,

For a material i have say 100 PR which are generated by MRP run, now i want to convert that 100 PR to a single PO.

No manual entries of PR numbers in the PO.

i tried to adapt the PR in a PO, but they are appearing in item levels, i want to update it only in item details level.

is there any way to do

Hi

You can add the PR's in the same line.

In ME21n - PO Creation.

click on Delivery Schedule tab & add the remaining PR's

Hi,

Try to use ME57&ME58 / ME59 - based on your master data settings (info records, source list, etc). Or you can try 'Document overview' in ME21N and filter the PRs, select and copy them.
