Set IC Webclient agent status to Ready

Hi,

anyone knows, why my IC Webclint doesn't display Agent status radiobutton ?

I've assigned profile with tollbar (I've all pushbuttons active), but still status fields are invisible.

In another profile attached status is visible but read only.

Status should appear in the right top corner of the screen (see step 11 or 12):

Where can I configure these fields ?

Regards,

Marek

Yes, I'm connected to SAP CCS, but unfortunately radiobutton is still inactive...

I just looked at the url in your original message, if the CCS is set correct then you should definitely see the buttons when you launch the IC, step 5 is key to make sure you have done.

First I checked activeX plug-ins in my IE and turned Sun Java Console plug-in on.

It made radiobutton visible, but still inactive...

Than I checked description in blog once again, as you suggested and saw that Queues for Channels were missing.

So everything works

Really thanks for help,Glenn.

Marek
