Hi,Radhika,
Please note the below mentioned steps and follow those... and I hope it will be sueful to you..
As Earlier Experts told...
1. First check in Communication channel Monitoring and give input or else click
UseFilter option and select your communicaton channel and check the status
ofthat particular Channel and also check the Audit Log
2. Secondary you can Goto> RWB> Message Monitoring--->
give the corresponding input for the details regarding Busines Service and
channel and select Integration Engine first and then also select Adapter
Engine and check AUDIT LOG for both the levels and check whether it is
success or not if failed then check at which level it was failed whether it may be at
Integration Engine level or else Adapter Engine level....
3. Also if you are importing the BAPI ( RFC ) from R3 means you can follow the
steps give by Above SDN expert which is " Go to SE37 in R/3 and give your
BAPI name and see the table names that are used in your BAPI " then go to
SE11 and enter the table name and find out whether data is updated or not
depends on your BAPI"
4. Suppose if you are importing the BAPI from BW Server means if at all it is a BW
Integration then Go TO Tcode: RSA7 then check your RFC and see whether
particular Number of mesage was updated or not means suppose previously if
there are 10 messages and it will be 11 right...
5. Also you can check SXMB_MONI in the BW system...to see in comming
messages or else SMQ1....
okay I hope the above steps will be useful to you...

Hi,
Check both communication channels FILE & RFC in RunTimeWork bench meanwhile SXMB_MONI also. Meanwhile at R3 end check BAPI corresponding tables whether data was updated or not.

HI Radhika,
Check the receiver communication channel status in the Runtime workBench-> component monitoring -> Adapter Engine->communication channel.
There you can findout the file is processed succesfully or not.
In R/3 system findout the tables which are used in the BAPI and check the tables data which is send by the File.
If the data existed in the Tables then that Receiver communicational channel is posting the data successfully.

Hi Radhika,
You can check the same in RWB->MessageMonitoring
Select adapter engine and then you will see the traces generated while executing the scenario. with payload.

1) You can check in the Receiver RFC CC monitoring through RWB
2) And also check in the corresponding tables at R/3 side those needs to be update after this Process, whether updated or inserted the data or not

Hi Radhika
1) Just go to your component minoring in RWB under that go toCommunication channel monitoring.Just provide the file communication channel there and you can check the status whether your file is being piked up or not
2) the other way is if you have the system details of your file system. You can log into the system and check the same.
