the accounting document has not yet been created

Hi Experts,

Refer to my subject mentioned, the system configuration for sales document type and item category as below,

DOC TYPE ITEM CATEGORY Channel

ZFOC ZTAN 01-sales

ZFIT ZTAN 03-Svc

However the ZFOC is able to generate the accounting doc whereas ZFIT is not. Kindly advise.

item category for ZTAN

billing relevance : A

Price : B

If your second sceario is for service item then it that case you shd use item category TAD

Hi.

Please check your accounting key combination, it should be maintained in the same way.

Check your Account assignment grp. in CMR and MMR.
