GR for purchase order and GI for Prod. order simultaneously

Hi Guys,

My client currently has an external system, which does both GR for puchase order and GI for Prod. order at the same time. He is now migrating into SAP and he wants the same functionality. Do you have any idea how to do this.

Is it possible through any customized movement type?

Hi,

The possiblity for this scenario is

First create the Production order in CO01

Create of Account assinged PO in ME21N with Account assigned category as "F" with Production order

Do the MIGO with respect to PO, then system will directly post the Stock to that Production order.

So in the system GR is done for PO & Goods issue is done for Production order.In this way you can acheive this.

Ours is project based scenario. All PO's are linked to WBS.

Hi.,

maintain account assignment F & create PO according to particular order.Do GR.,The material will be issued to specific order mentioned in PO.
