Archiving Shipment costs

Hi,

we have tried to archive the shipment cost thru the program "SDVFKKWR".

when we are archiving the shipment cost ,we are getting the following messages

0000001024 Shipment cost document 0000001024 cannot be archived

Shipment cost doc. 0000001024 has acc. assignment status 'B '

(needs '_' or 'C')

Shipment cost document 0000001024 has transfer status 'A ' (needs:

'_' or 'C')

Shipment in shipment cost document 0000001024 has total status ' '

(not 'C').

How to overcome these issues.

Dear Dharma,

Due to these reasons not getting archive the shipment cost

1.The account asssignment not completed

2.The shipment cost not at transfer

3.The shipment cost document not completed

So please check the all the activities then complete the document.

Hi,

One of the pre-requisites for archiving shipment document is that it should be business completed.

In your case shipment document is not completed so it is not getting archived.

Solution:

Goto change mode of shipment document (LT10) and change the status as completed that is Status 'C'. Then you can archive it.
