F5 263 - The difference is too large for clearing

Hi everyone,

I;m trying to perform a bank statement upload via FF.5. In the process of running the batch input job,

im getting the following error for a couple of line items.

"F5 263 - The difference is too large for clearing"

Not sure why is this happening

Hi,

first check the tolerances limits for your user id or what is the max tolerance limits for posting / clearing your line items. And one more thing, when running FF.5 give the BELNR range 1 to 99999999.

And one more thing, there might be more number of open items for that vendor/customer, so the system is unable to process or apply to any one particualr open item. So given the range in the BELNR and try to upload. This message will not appear.

If this still appears, use FEBAN to reprocess the statement.
