Reg Payroll process

Hi ,

Could anybody gimme the steps to be followed in da payroll process.

payroll process includes :

Simulation

release payroll

start payroll

check result

corresctions

exit payroll

remunerartion statement.

Kindly provide me how we have to execute all the steps sequentially?

the steps relese for payroll ,release for correction and exit payroll are in sequence only in PA03.

what other sequence you require??

when i run da process it is giving the status as released.

But Iam not able to view the result in 'pc_payresult'.

run the live pay roll untick the test run and than run

When you run the payroll there are two option:

Simulation: It does not create results in the cluster.It is just for review purpose.

Live run: This creates results in cluster which can be accessed by pc_payresult.

This option can be selected on the payroll driver screen (test run -no update).

ya i did live payroll run . but still not able to display in pc_payresult. what is da cluster name which retrieves da data after we run da payroll?

PCL2 cluster stores the payroll results.

if you have done the live run then definitely you shuold be able to get the results in pc_payresult.

put the pernr for which you have run the payroll.
