CCMSPING Call fails

I've configured Alerts in Solution Manager. When I execute

In Solution Manager System :-

RZ21 -> Technical Infrastructure -> Availibility Monitoring -> Configure CCMSPING availability monitoring -> Select the row, press CCMSPING button and select Test ping, I get a pop-up message as follows :-

CCMSPING: Test Results

Available Systems - CCMSPING call successful

Failed CCMSPING Calls

TAP CCMS_SYSTEM_PING_DEST

Agents that are reporting errors

CCMS_SYSTEM_PING_DEST

-


In Satellite System , I get the following error :

Failed CCMSPING Calls

Agents that are reporting errors :

CCMS_SYSTEM_PING_DEST

-


In Both the systems, I get the dump as ,

CALL_FUNCTION_NOT_FOUND '

Function module "CCMS_SYSTEM_PING" not found.

Can anyone help, please.
