Inspector name for the inspection lot

Hi masters

My requirement is to have inspector name for the inspection lot.In standard SAP we do give inspector name in QE01 for every operations.But my clients requirement they need to have inspector name for the whole inspection lot for only one time not for every operation

Hi Mohan,

For that you have to assign the your operator name in Material Master -> Under QM view -> Assign Name in QM Authorization person field.

Before That in SPRO yor have to define all your operator name follow the path.

SPRO -> QM ->Environment -> Central Functions -> Authorization Management -> Define Authorization Groups and Digital Signature -> select - Mat. Auth. Group, Insp. Lot Approval, Digital Signature and create.

It will reflect in Inspection lot header.

Hi do you go with manual lot creation?

i think there is no any option to go with that!
