Solution Manager installation error OS-Patch level to low

Hi,

I am trying to install Solution Manager 7 SR3, when executing "prerequisite checker" getting following error:

ERROR:

+The installation prerequisite checker did not check for the minimum required OS patches on HP-UX. Read SAP note 837670 and make sure that you have all required patches installed+

I have implemented as above mentioned SAP note 837670, and believe taht we meet the minimum requirements, when checking on OS patch leven get following information:

if u have implemented the OS patches as per the note and the error may be a restart of the server can help.

try doing that

Unfortunately no screen shot, the list of current patch is mentioned above in this message according to SAP note 837670 it should be OK, the only message fro sapinst I got is as follow:

Error Message:

The installation prerequisite checker did not check for the minimum required OS patches on HP-UX. Read SAP note 837670 and make sure that you have all required patches installed. HP provides the HPjconfig tool that you can use to check the patch level. You can download it from http://www.hp.com/products1/unix/java/java2/hpjconfig/index.html. (Updated 2005-12-08)

Hi,

If you have installed all the required OS patches, In the screen of the Prerequsite Checker click on next and in the following pop up click button "Cancel" to continue the SAPinst.

Hi,

If you have applied the latest patches then you can ignore the message? during Installation when the system goes for the prerequisite checker it will show the priority,if the priority is minimum at that time you can ignore the message and continue installation.
