Authorization object for maintenance order component

Hi expert,

We would like to restrict material reservation plant for maintenance order creation 9on tab component). Say, USER1 only able to reserve material from plant XXXX and USER2 only able to reserve material from plant YYYY.

Is there any authorization object to maintain this matter? or the best solution to handle this matter?

I have traced with ST01 (authorization check) and seems no auth.object support the material reservation plant restriction.

Hi Ashok,

I have tried the I_VORG_ORD, it is for PM business transcation, I haven't found any plant restriction on that auth.object.

Could you advice any idea?

Dear Michael Djafar,

Aithuorization object depends upon T-code first. So run T-code SU22>enter T-code here say IW31>click Check Indicator>click Field Values> click Object Description>here you can see all authorization object related to T-codes

Here you see object I_SWERK is for plant.

it i sbetter to go with authorization roles PFCG

giving the authorization MB21 with plant combination.

create role 1 -->giving t-cde MB21 plant 0001

role2-->giving t-cde MB21 plant 0002

NO, i had given for manual reservation. not for order.

do this object I_VORG_ORD will work out,
