Is there any possibility of the following topics to deliver in SAP?

1. TDS return

2. e-filing

3. sending salary details to bank

TDS you can do based on Form 16,24 are there please Check them

Sending salary to bank you have concept called DME

Data medium exchange

General after Payroll run we do posting (not posting is not compulsary)then we can do DME.

For this small config is needed it will generate report of salaries to be paid which need to send to bank

Even we can automate document send mail to bank. That will be done by ABAP team
