HOW TO SHORT CLOSE OF A SERVICE ORDER.

I NEED ANY SPECIAL PROCEDURE FOR THIS.

CAN ANYBODY ELOBORATE THE PROCEDURE.

AND I WHICH REPORT I CAN SEE THIS SHORT CLOSED PO'S.

Dear,

At the time of service entrt sheet creation against service po with ML81N.

First go Entry Sheet option, Click on Set Status as Final Entry.

Hi,

While creating Service entry sheet check the Final Entry Indicator and save.Than in the PO check the Final Invoice Indicator in item details Invoice tab.

The implications can be seen in all reports like ME2L/M and also in the PO status tab under Still to be delivered & Still to be invoiced showing Zero.
