error in filedownload from KM

Hi All,

I'm developing an Web dynpro application for upload files to KM repository of portal . i have added KM navigation facility in it in table format.

so that user can see thr uploaded files.

now i want to download and open those files from same table which is showing me file via KM Navigation.I'm using normal file downloading funda for this.

when i click on particular file it gives me 2 option open and save.

whn i click on SAVE

*it shows an arror message *

"Internet explorer cannot download 02aXXXXXXsap-wd-norefresh=X from <portal hostname>

Internet exploere cannot open this internet site.requested site is unavailble or cannot be found.pls try again later."

when i click on OPEN it shows
