How to migrate the WEBI Schedules

Hi All,

We are on plan to migrate from XI R2 to XI R3. As long as I know, the import wizard will not migrate the schedules. Is there any way to migrate those schedules from XI R2 to XI R3. We dont want to manually schedule all those reports again since there are more than 100 reports.

Please help.

The following types of objects can be imported from a Crystal Enterprise or

BusinessObjects Enterprise XI, XI Release 2, and XI 3.0 source environment:

u2022 Users and user groups

u2022 Folders and objects

u2022 Discussions

u2022 Universes and connections

u2022 Inbox, personal, and corporate documents

u2022 Third-party ("agnostic") documents (such as .pdf, .ppt, .doc, .xls, .txt, .rtf)

u2022 Personal and corporate categories

u2022 Calendars

u2022 Events

u2022 Server Groups

u2022 Servers

The following object types can be imported from a BusinessObjects Enterprise

XI 3.0 source environment.

u2022 Server intelligence objects

u2022 Access levels

u2022 Remote connections

u2022 Replication jobs

That means import wizard doesn't allow you to import schedules.

However you can do a a simple upgarde from Xir2 to XIr3. This will allow you to keep all your schedules.
