hai experts,

In Training and event management ,we got through the integration part of time management there is a node specifying some percentage of attendance,

as per the documentation,i understood that,if we specify 100% at that node,if attendee had booked for 5 day event,if he has taken2 days vacation, then he is not considered as attendee.

can you please explain the functionality of that node.

Regards,

Chiran Reddy.

Hi chiran,

The Node ( Minimum % of Attendance) specifies the minimum percentage of attendance required by an Attendee to be eligible for a Business Event.

Example : 1If you specify the Minimum Percentage Attendance as 100% (Group: SEMIN, Sem. Abbr. : TIMEP) , it means that if the Attendee has taken 1 day of leave in the duration of the Business Event , he is not eligible to be booked for the Business Event. Because his attendance will not be 100 %.

Example : 2

For a 5 days Business Event :

If you specify the Minimum Percentage Attendance as 80% (Group: SEMIN, Sem. Abbr. : TIMEP) , it means that if the Attendee has taken 1 day of leave in the duration of the Business Event , he is eligible to be booked for the Business Event. Because his attendance will be 80 %, which is fulfilling our minimum eligibility.

However if the Attendee has taken 2 days leave in the duration of the Business Event , he is not eligible to be booked for the Business Event . Because the Attendance will be 60 %, i.e. less than 80 %).
