Hello SAPiens,
Can any one please explain, how to time phase a CVC to two different plants for two different range of dates?

I am not sure what is your requirement.
Please note CVCs do not have a time charcateristic and as such can not be "time-phased".
You can only use Realignment to change the CVCs.
