Output from Sales order

Hi All

We are having an issue in our production System.

Issue: Order confirmation are being resend to the customers for the orders which have been placed a year or two ago.

We have the order confirmation output condition set up with despatch time as 4 (Immediate after saving ) and outputs for the orders were sent to customers on those dates. But somehow now, for same ouput record in the old orders the despatch time has changed to 1 and all these output requests are being picked by up the batch job to be sent via the FAX to the customers.

Output Determination analysis, change logs also not showing any signs of who did the change. It shows the person who created the order did that. But definitely the person who created the order did not do this.

I checked already the RSNAST00 is any output is being reprocessed and found none. Also checked the Fax transmission if there is something wrong, but found nothing.

I already looked in SM37 to see any relavent Batch Job, found nothing. Also checked program SD70AV1A if there are any variants causing this, but found none.

Question: Is there any way to find if any batch job is causing this or any transaction for output from Order (like we have output from delivery(VL71), output from Shipment(VT70) or output from Billing (VF31).

Thanks

Ravi

Hi Ravi,

If the despatch time was 4 earlier, it is not possible to change to 1 as the output is arleady processed. Hence there can be a case that your assumption of the output being at 4 initially is incorrect.

Please go to the table NAST. Check how many records are there for the output for your problamatic documents. If there are morethan one record in NAST, then may be the latest one has 1 as the DT while the oldest one will be 4.
