action profile in service desk

Hi

I have the next problem.

I use the service desk, and copy the action profile SLFN0001_ADVANCED in ZLFN0001_ADVANCED but when we asigned the action profile in the transation type ZLFN, the Message can not be to create. and we used the action profile SLFN0001_ADVANCED the Message was successfully created.

Anybody know, what will we need to do ?

Hi Alfredo,

how do you create the message? Did you copy as well the conditions for the action definitions?

Hi.

The problem is when I create a message with the operation type ZLF1 and it has asign the action profile SLFN0001_ADVANCED the message is creating very well, but when and used the action profile ZLFN0001_ADVANCED the message was not created

the action profile ZLFN0001_ADVANCED is a copy to the action profile SLFN0001_ADVANCED and still do not have any modification.

Check no. range and date profile.

Hi.

I have to need create other action profile because I am going to use other

date profile.

I have to need define, if message was created to 2 hours later, the system have to change the

prioty by very high.

Hello,

Execute tcode SPPFCADM.....

There you have to select DNO_NOTIF Application.... scrolll down to get this application.....

Now after selecting that application, click on "Define action profile and actions" tab.....

Now you will get 2 actions profiles there....

Select action profile SLFN0001_STANDARD_DNO...

This action profile has two actions....

Select action SLFN0001_STANDARD_DNO_CRM....

After selectiing click on "processing type"

In this Settings method call tab, select Change Processing parameter, there change the Process_type to the one you desire as ZLFN.

from wher r u posting the ticket.

Have u assigned the correct Action and Status profile for ur transaction type.

While posting the ticket hav u configured for ur Zlfn transaction type.

Please provide more data.
