How to delete requests in PSA using Process chains

Hi All,

Can anyone explain me how to delete all the requests in PSA using Process chains.

This is what I did...

1. use Process type 'Deletion of Requests from PSA'

2. Settings:

Object Type - PSA table

Object Name - <Datasource name>

Older than - 0 (Zero) days

These settings doesn't work. Can you please let me know exact settings to use for deleting all the requests in PSA of a datasource.

Hey that setting should work.

May be try older than 1 day.If it works.

Hello Praveen,

That's what I thought too. But if I use '1' one day, what if I need to run it twice same day? So this doen't work for my requirement.

Any other suggestions?

Select u r datasource --> Manage

At the top of the window, u will find PSA table name (Ex /BIC/B0001018)

@ Object Name - </BIC/B0001018>

Hello Mr.V,

I have used the datasource source name as you mentioned. It doesn't work. I can still see the requests in the 'manage' screen on DATASOURCE.
