Errors in Diagnostics & Support Desktop tool

Hi All,

We have finished installing & configuring our BI-Java stack.

However, we have still 2 errors showing when launching the Diagnostics & Support Desktop tool. Could you please help us fixing those issues?

1 - Path of WAS 'sap/bw/BEx' does not equal " (path in transaction SICF for service /sap/bw/bex).

We have checked all parameters in both the Portal and SICF but they seem to be equal...

2 - Error when calling function module RSBB_URL_PREFIX_GET.

We have verified that our ABAP user J2EE_ADM_XYX has SAP_ALL and SAP_New. But still getting this error...
