Object R3TRISIPZPAK_28Q4N3VZ94FGV10TLZBIX7KDR is in repair status.

This infopackage is already there in QA. Check all "Modifiable" requests (for all userIDs in SE09) in QA, the request that cintained this infopackage having the status 'Repair'

Using SE03 (in QA), unlock that request, and parent request too.

From SE09, delete that request (and parent request too), if it contains only this infopackage. If u have any other object under that request , then delete only the Infopackage from the request.

Now, reimport that infopackage fro DEV.
